Thyme Orange

Thymus vulgaris 'Fragrantissimus'

A sun loving, low plant that forms a green mound with attractive pink mauve flowers in summer.

Growing Tips: Plant in dry exposed spots with good air movement. It needs little water and will die in heavy, wet soils.

Position: Full Sun

Height: 25cm Width: 30cm

Lifespan: Perennial

Use: Thyme can be used at all stages of cooking. Early for strong flavour in soups, casseroles etc, late for stir fries and salads or as a garnish for any savory dish. It is high in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are all essential for optimum health.

Harvest: Harvest when needed
