Stachys Lanata 'Lambs Ears'

HAT COLOUR: Silver

SPECIAL QUALITIES: Fast spreading ground cover. Grey woolly foliage - harmonises nicely with roses and all white gardens.

FLOWERS: Lilac purple flowers over summer months

PLANTS NEEDED PER SQUARE METRE: 6 

HABIT: Perennial plant with lilac flowers on erect flower stems borne above compact mats of grey foliage
 

POSITION & USES: Full sun position in open bed under flowering shrubs. Weed suppressant ground cover.

CULTIVATION: Thrives in well drained soil. Tolerates dry conditions. Remove spent flower stems. Easily grown.

FERTILISING: Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed will keep it looking its best.
